When Dodge first introduced it's first compact pickup in the mid 1960's, few predicted it would one day make history as the original " Wheelie " Stunt truck, But such was the destiny of the 1964 Dodge A-100, now available as a limited edition die-cast by Liberty Classics exclusively for Canadian tire.
In 1965, Dodge engineers used A-100 as the basis for a new exhibition race - truck called " The Little Red Wagon " along with other modification, the result was a sight to behold as the modified A-100 blasted off the starting line, it's front end literally bounced off the pavement and launched into the air! In short order, the Little Red Wagon - driven by drag racer Bill " Maverick " Golden - Would become the world's first truck to race the quarter mile standing on it's rear wheels.
